On 13 November 2021, Lieutenant General James Hecker (Commander and President of Air University, Maxwell AFB, AL) and Chief Master Sergeant Randy Kwiatkowski (Command Chief Master Sergeant for Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, AL) visited DEt 10. While at Det 10, Lt Gen Hecker contracted 10 cadets, tried the new simulator, and spoke with the cadets. They also helped cheer on UA to a victory against New Mexico State.
