As Holm Center Commander, General Maher leads all Air Force ROTC host detachments at 145 colleges and universities, with cadets at more than 1,050 respective cross-town schools; Officer Training School; and 885 Air Force Junior ROTC units at high schools around the world. The Holm Center produces more than 85 percent of the Air Force’s active duty, Guard and Reserve line officers, judge advocates, chaplains and medical officers.
Brigadier General Leslie Maher, Holm Center Commander, came to visit Detachment 10 on 19 March. She met with Dr. Stuart Bell, The University of Alabama President, for a courtesy visit. Dr. Bell also shared with General Maher his proud collection of Alabama championship footballs!
